2. Booking and Payment Terms

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Travel Documents

You are responsible for:

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
• Obtaining necessary visas for Pakistan
• Providing accurate personal information
• Carrying required identification during tours

5.2 Health and Fitness

• Ensure you are physically fit for the chosen tour
• Disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements
• Obtain necessary vaccinations and medical clearance
• Carry personal medications and first aid supplies

5.3 Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover:

• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Adventure activities and high-altitude trekking
• Personal belongings and equipment

6. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Eco Local Tours acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers. Our liability is limited to the tour cost paid by you. We are not liable for:

• Political instability, terrorism, or civil unrest

• Personal injury, illness, or death
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Delays or changes to transportation schedules

You acknowledge that adventure tourism involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• High altitude and mountain environments
• Extreme weather conditions
• Remote locations with limited communication
• Basic accommodation and facilities
• Physical exertion and outdoor activities

7. Force Majeure

Force majeure events include natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases:

• We may cancel, postpone, or modify tours without liability
• Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements
• Additional costs due to force majeure events are the guest’s responsibility

8. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:

• Road closures or transportation issues
• Local festivals or government restrictions
• Operational requirements

We will provide suitable alternatives of equal or greater value when possible.

9. Conduct and Behavior

All guests must:

• Respect local customs, traditions, and Islamic culture
• Follow guide instructions and safety protocols
• Behave respectfully toward other guests and local communities
• Refrain from illegal activities or substance abuse
• Practice responsible tourism and environmental conservation

We reserve the right to terminate services for guests whose behavior endangers safety or violates local laws, without refund.
